Participation Agreement

By participating in any Breathe & Bee Sanctuary experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation

Participation in wellness experiences, spa facilities, bathhouses, transportation services, walking activities, hydrotherapy, contrast bathing, stretching, and related activities is fully voluntary.

Assumption of Risk

You understand these activities may involve inherent risks including:

• Slips and falls

• Exposure to heat and cold

• Fatigue

• Physical exertion

• Travel-related risks

Medical Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for your personal health conditions.

Guests who are pregnant, managing medical conditions, or taking medications affecting circulation, hydration, temperature regulation, blood pressure, or heart rate should consult a healthcare provider before participating.

Following Venue Rules

Guests must follow all venue policies, safety instructions, and operational requirements.

Community Standards

Participants agree to behave respectfully toward:

• Other guests

• Staff

• Venue personnel

• Transportation providers

Harassment, discrimination, disruptive conduct, excessive intoxication, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
