By reserving a seat, purchasing a ticket, joining a waitlist, making a deposit, or participating in any Breathe & Bee Sanctuary experience, you agree to these Terms of Purchase.

Reservation of Services

Breathe & Bee Sanctuary provides curated wellness experiences, transportation coordination, educational resources, hospitality services, and hosted group wellness outings.

Participation in any experience constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Pricing

Published pricing is subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

Once payment is received and confirmed, your reservation price will not increase.

Deposits

Deposits are required to secure your reservation.

Deposits are non-refundable except where expressly stated by Breathe & Bee Sanctuary.

Final Payment

Remaining balances must be paid by the specified deadline.

Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Health Responsibility

Guests are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their personal circumstances.

Breathe & Bee Sanctuary does not provide medical advice.

Right to Refuse Participation

Breathe & Bee Sanctuary reserves the right to remove or refuse participation to any guest whose conduct creates safety concerns or materially disrupts the experience.
