Your reservation includes round-trip transportation, King Spa admission, hosted hospitality throughout the journey, and the guest amenities described for your selected experience and seating class.

Any optional purchases or services not specifically listed as included are the responsibility of the guest.

Lunch can be enjoyed at the onsite King Spa restaurant and dining hall. Guests are welcome to choose whatever they would like from the available menu.

Lunch and other food and beverage purchases are not included in your B&B Sanctuary reservation. All purchases made at King Spa will be charged directly by King Spa using the RFID wristband provided during your visit and settled at checkout.

King Spa offers a variety of dietary options, including vegetarian, vegan, non-dairy, and gluten-free selections.

Please note that B&B Sanctuary cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or preparation.

Please bring:

• Valid government-issued photo ID. Photos or copies of IDs and foreign driver's licenses will not be accepted.

• Swimsuit. Cotton and denim swimwear are not permitted in the water. Swimsuits are also available for purchase at King Spa.

• Your favorite hair and skincare products, if you prefer to use your own.

King Spa provides spa lounge uniforms and towels for guests during their visit.

First Class: First Class passengers will have the opportunity to select their seats.

Business Class: Seating together is not guaranteed due to limited seating availability. Please provide the names of the guests you'd like to sit with during checkout, and we'll do our best to accommodate your party.

For the best chance of being seated together, please make sure everyone in your party provides the same group information when booking.

King Spa treatments are not included with your Sanctuary Day reservation and cannot be pre-booked through B&B Sanctuary.

Treatments are scheduled directly onsite and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

First Class passengers receive priority check-in and priority access to treatment reservations, subject to availability.

Treatment pricing is separate and paid directly to King Spa.

You may be thinking, “Why not just drive myself?”

Sanctuary Escapes are designed as a fully hosted experience from departure to return, so guests must travel with the group and cannot meet us at King Spa separately.

Restoration often ends when the drive home begins.

Our goal is to protect your restoration from departure to return.

We may offer a meet-us-there option for future experiences. Join the Sanctuary Society Newsletter to hear about future Sanctuary Days and new ways to participate.

Guests should arrive at the designated departure location 15 minutes before the check-in time provided in their final trip details.

Because transportation will depart according to the published schedule, late arrivals may miss the departure and will not be eligible for a refund.

Your Sanctuary Escape itinerary will include the scheduled time for your King Spa experience. Exact departure and return times will be provided in your final guest itinerary. Plan for a full day of restoration.

Yes. King Spa admission is included in your Sanctuary Day reservation.

Additional treatments, food, beverages, retail purchases, and other optional services at King Spa are not included unless specifically stated in your reservation details.

No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside King Spa.

Yes. Your Sanctuary Day reservation includes breakfast, snacks, dinner, beverages, and the guest amenities specifically outlined in your reservation details.

Absolutely—as long as tickets are still available. Each guest must complete their own reservation and required information.

If your friend would like to travel with you, we recommend booking together or providing their name during checkout so we can make every effort to accommodate your seating preferences.

f you're unable to attend, your reservation may be transferable to another eligible participant, subject to B&B Sanctuary's approval and the applicable transfer deadline.
